Douglas Wattson was born and raised in North Hollywood, CA. He started cooking with his father by lighting the BBQ as a child. After nine years in restaurants in Southern Califonia, Douglas graduated from California Culinary Academy in 1982. After graduating, Douglas moved to Napa Valley and spent the next 30 years winning cooking competitions and sharing his love of food with freinds and family.
